Derek and Simon: The Show is a 2007 American web comedy created by Derek Waters, Simon Helberg, and Bob Odenkirk. It features 13 episodes that originally streamed on the Super Deluxe website.

The idea started in 2005, drawing on stories from the creators’ lives. It began as a pilot and later became two 15-minute segments for HBO called Derek & Simon: A Bee and a Cigarette and Derek & Simon: The Pity Card. HBO did not air them, but the segments were shown at film festivals such as Sundance and South by Southwest and appeared in Timothy McSweeney’s Wholphin magazine.

In 2007 the project was developed into Derek and Simon: The Show for Super Deluxe. In 2008, Super Deluxe merged with Adult Swim, and most of the content became unavailable, although the festival version short films can still be seen.

The show follows the exaggerated misadventures of Simon and Derek in Los Angeles, mostly spent in bars and chasing women, with outside forces constantly getting in their way. It features many guest appearances from friends in comedy, including Bob Odenkirk, Bill Hader, Michael Cera, Zach Galifianakis, Jake Johnson, Busy Philipps, June Diane Raphael, Casey Wilson, Marianna Palka, and others.
