Deli Emir Ahmed Agha
Deli Emir Ahmed Agha, also known as Seyyid Emir Ahmed Pasha, was an Ottoman statesman and military leader who died in November 1753. He rose from the elite Janissaries and served as their Agha (chief) from May 1750 to January 1751. He later governed the Sidon Eyalet (in 1751 and 1752–53) and the Aleppo Eyalet (1751–52). He was of Turkish origin, with lineage tracing back to Ishak of Karaman.
