Chad Davis (footballer)
Chad Davis (born 1 June 1980) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for St Kilda in the AFL from 2000 to 2002. He came from the Oakleigh Chargers (TAC Cup) and was selected No. 49 in the 1999 AFL Rookie Draft. Davis played 31 AFL games and kicked 17 goals for St Kilda.
In 2002, while with Springvale (St Kilda's VFL affiliate), he was bitten on the scrotum by Port Melbourne's Peter Filandia. Filandia was suspended for 10 matches and required to undergo counselling before returning to play.
