David J. Kennedy (February 11, 1907 – July 11, 1995) was a pharmacist and politician from Milbridge, Maine. A Republican, he served in the Maine House of Representatives representing Milbridge from 1959 to 1972. Kennedy was Speaker of the Maine House twice, first from 1963 to 1964 and again from 1967 to 1972. He retired from politics in 1972. Kennedy was a close friend of Democrat Dana Childs and briefly worked as a lobbyist for the Maine Central Railroad alongside Childs. He died of natural causes on July 11, 1995, at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth, Maine.
