Danger Ahead is a 1923 American silent crime drama directed by William K. Howard. The film stars Richard Talmadge, Helene Rosson, and J. P. Lockney. The story follows Bruce Randall, who fights a thief named Mortimer trying to rob his home. Randall is injured, loses his memory, and is believed dead. He is then used by two unscrupulous lawyers to impersonate himself in an attempt to obtain pearls. Mrs. Randall accepts him as her husband. When Randall’s memory returns, the swindlers are exposed and he is reunited with his wife. The movie runs 50 minutes and was produced and distributed by Phil Goldstone Productions in the United States. It is a silent film with English intertitles, released in September 1923.
