Prem Bahadur Ale Magar, born 28 April 1970, is a Nepali politician from Doti district in Sudurpashchim Province. He belongs to the CPN (Unified Socialist) and has previously been with the CPN (UML).

He has held several government roles. He served as Minister of Forests and Environment from December 25, 2020, to June 4, 2021, and later as Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation from October 8, 2021, to June 26, 2022. He has been a member of the House of Representatives since March 4, 2018, representing Doti 1. Earlier, he was a member of the Constituent Assembly from 2014 to 2017 for Doti 2, a seat that was later abolished. He began his political career as a ward member in his local area.

In 2022, Ale gained attention for exposing corruption related to land grabs at Narayanhiti Palace by Yogesh Bhattarai, and he accused Bhattarai of illegal gun smuggling after the end of the Nepalese Civil War in 2008. Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba praised his bold actions.

Ale has also faced controversy over a leaked phone recording in which he allegedly insulted a Nepali national from Achham district who was in Mumbai. His secretariat said the recording was fabricated to tarnish his image.
