The Croatian Helsinki Committee for Human Rights (CHC; Croatian: Hrvatski helsinški odbor, HHO) is a non-governmental organization in Croatia that protects and promotes human rights. It was founded on March 31, 1993, as a branch of the International Helsinki Federation and became an independent local NGO on April 14, 2003.

The CHC is based in Zagreb and runs four field offices to cover areas most affected by the 1991–95 war: Slavonia/Osijek, Vukovar/Karlovac, Knin, and Split/Dubrovnik. The organization has about 30 members and a professional staff of about 10 employees. Members volunteer, while staff are not members of the association.

CHC is part of the International Helsinki Federation, the Human Rights House Network, and the Balkan Human Rights Network. It cooperates with the Croatian judiciary, public administration, and other institutions to address human rights violations and develop systemic solutions. Website: hho.hr
