Ceglédi RC is a rugby club from Cegléd, Hungary. Its full name is Restart-Ceglédi VSE Kék Nefelejcs Rögbi Fight Klub (és Népdalkör). Founded in 2010 by young people from Cegléd, Ceglédbercel and nearby villages, the club trained first in Ceglédbercel and later moved to Cegléd. They play in the Hungarian National Championship II, with home ground at Bedei pálya. The president is Miklós Pálinkás and the coach (also a player) is István Szabó. In 2011 they competed in the Hungarian Sevens Championship and won their first match against Szeged’s second team. Their first season in the National Championship II was 2011/12. At the end of 2011 they joined Ceglédi Vasutas Sport Egyesület, the city’s oldest sports club. In 2012 they started a women’s rugby sevens team. István Szabó has also played for Hungary’s U20 national team.
