Count of Baños (Conde de Baños) is a hereditary Spanish noble title with Grandee status. It was created on 22 December 1621 by King Philip IV for Sancho Martínez de Leyva y Suárez de Mendoza, who was also Marquess of Leyva by his wife’s right and a Knight of the Order of Santiago. The title is part of the Peerage of Spain. The current holder is Jaime Patiño y Mitjans, the 17th Count of Baños.
