Marquis de Vibraye is a French noble title held by the Hurault family. It was created in 1625 by letters patent. The first holder was Jacques Hurault, and the current holder is Henri de Vibraye. The family seat is Château de Cheverny in the Loire Valley, France, and also Château de Semur-en-Vallon. The title is still held by the Hurault family.
