He moved to Germany in 2012 to play for VfL Kirchheim Knights but left mid-season due to knee problems. He then joined the Rockingham Flames in Australia’s SBL in 2013, where he became a prolific scorer, including a season-high 46 points in 2014. He also spent part of 2014 with Rizing Fukuoka in Japan before returning to Rockingham for 2015 and 2016. He won the SBL Most Valuable Player award twice (2014 and 2016).

Land started coaching while still playing, serving as an assistant coach at the University of St. Francis in 2013–14 and as associate head coach in 2015–16. He was a volunteer assistant at St. Edward’s University in 2016–17 and an assistant at Rogers State in 2017–18. In 2018 he became the basketball coach at St. Michael’s Catholic Academy, a role he held at least through January 2023.
