Since 2013, United has acquired several territories in the Southeast, including the Savanna River Division and the Atlanta Division. The Atlanta Division serves Coca-Cola’s headquarters in Atlanta.

On May 28, 2024, Coca-Cola Bottling Company United announced a $330 million investment in a new facility in Birmingham’s Kingston area. The project will include a 150,000-square-foot office complex and a 300,000-square-foot warehouse, create up to 50 new jobs, and preserve more than 750 existing positions.
