Club 33 is a private dining club inside Disney Parks. The first one opened in Disneyland in May 1967 and was inspired by VIP lounges from the 1964 World’s Fair. It was the only place in Disneyland serving alcohol at the time. Since then, Club 33 has opened at Tokyo Disneyland (1983), Shanghai Disneyland (2016), and four locations at Walt Disney World in Florida.

California members also have access to the 1901 lounge inside the Carthay Circle Restaurant at Disney California Adventure.

Location and entrance
Club 33 sits above the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, near Walt Disney’s in‑park apartment. The entrance used to be at 33 Royal Street next to the Blue Bayou, but during a renovation it moved about 40 feet to the Court of Angels. Guests check in at a small vestibule, then take an Art Nouveau elevator or a winding staircase to the second floor.

Interior
Inside are two dining rooms: Le Grand Salon (the main, formal room) and Le Salon Nouveau (a member‑only room). The walls feature butterfly displays under glass and hand‑painted animation cels from Fantasia. The remodel in 2014 updated the style of Le Grand Salon. The club also houses a famous walnut table from the Mary Poppins film, a harpsichord in the lobby, and an antique phone booth.

Staff and dinner service
Andrew Sutton is the executive chef for Club 33 at Disneyland. The club once explored using audio‑ animatronic tech to interact with guests, and some remnants of that idea still exist, such as an animatronic vulture above a grandfather clock and microphones in some lighting fixtures from the former Trophy Room.

Membership and cost
When it opened, the membership cost was reportedly $65,000 with annual dues around $20,625. As of 2025, the initiation fee is about $65,000 and the annual dues are $20,625 for individuals (more for corporations).
