Chlebičov is a small municipality and village in Opava District, in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It is part of the historic Hlučín Region and has about 1,200 residents. The village was first mentioned in 1250. It covers an area of 3.62 square kilometers and sits about 275 meters above sea level. The postal code is 747 32.

Historically, from 1742 to 1918, Chlebičov belonged to Prussia after the War of Austrian Succession. In 1920, it became part of Czechoslovakia. Between 1979 and 1990, it was part of Velké Hoštice. Since 1990, it has been a separate municipality. The German name for Chlebičov is Klebsch.
