Chiesa del Suffragio, also known as Chiesa delle Anime Purganti, is a Baroque Catholic church and monastery in Piazza Mattei in the center of Matelica, Marche, Italy. It was commissioned by the Confraternity del Suffragio, founded in 1684, and completed in 1715. The brick façade features monumental pilasters, a triangular tympanum, and a white stone portal with a rounded pediment. Inside the presbytery are two chapels dedicated to Saints Sebastian and Lucy. The nave is topped by an elliptical dome, and the cupola is frescoed with Jesus in Glory with Angels. The main altarpiece, painted by the studio of Biagio Puccini, shows Christ and the Souls in Purgatory; Puccini also contributed works in the side chapels.
