Charl Crous
Charl Crous, born 25 September 1990 in Johannesburg, is a South African swimmer who specializes in backstroke. Standing 194 cm tall and weighing 88 kg, he has represented South Africa at major events, including the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi (4×100 m medley relay) and the 2011 All-Africa Games in Maputo (50 m backstroke, 100 m backstroke, 200 m backstroke, and the 4×100 m medley relay). He also competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics, finishing 33rd in the heats of the men's 100 m backstroke and swimming in the South African 4×100 m medley relay team.
