Swimming at the 2016 Summer Paralympics – Men's 50 metre freestyle S4
At the 2016 Summer Paralympics, the Men's 50 metre freestyle S4 race was held on 17 September at the Olympic Aquatics Stadium. Eight swimmers from seven nations competed. There were no heats; the eight fastest times moved on to the final. Medalists were Jo Giseong (South Korea), David Smétanine (France), and Andrii Derevinskyi (Ukraine).
