Mr San Peppy (1968–1998) was an American Quarter Horse stallion famous for cutting. Bred by Gordon B. Howell in Dallas, Texas, he was sired by Leo San and out of Peppy Belle. He stood at King Ranch and became one of the sport’s best-known cutters.

His titles include NCHA World Champion in 1973 and 1976; AQHA World Champion in Senior Cutting in 1976; and AQHA High Point Cutting Horse in 1975 and 1976. He won the 1972 NCHA Derby and earned $107,866 in NCHA earnings. The AQHA named him Superior Cutting Horse and he earned Performance ROM, plus NCHA Silver and Bronze awards.

As a sire, Mr San Peppy produced 23 foal crops and 1,327 AQHA-registered foals. His most famous son is Peppy San Badger, inducted into the AQHA Hall of Fame in 2008. Other offspring include Peppy San Chato, Peppy Rancho, Organ Grinder, Tenino San, and Peppys Regona.

Mr San Peppy suffered a stroke in 1998 and was euthanized. He was inducted into the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame in 2011, joining his son Peppy San Badger (inducted 2008) and his full brother Peppy San (inducted 1999). He is also honored in the NCHA Horse Hall of Fame.
