Carmella DeCesare
Carmella Danielle DeCesare, born July 1, 1982, in Avon Lake, Ohio, is an American model and former pro wrestler. She rose to fame as Playboy’s Miss April 2003 and was named Playmate of the Year in 2004. She appeared in many Playboy features and calendars and briefly pursued WWE fame after competing in the 2004 Diva Search, where she finished as runner-up to Christy Hemme. Her WWE run included a controversial “Diss the Diva” segment, and she debuted in wrestling in 2004 before retiring later that year.
DeCesare is of Italian and Puerto Rican descent. She faced a legal issue in 2004, was acquitted of assault in 2005, but was found guilty of violating a restraining order, receiving community service, probation, and a fine.
On April 21, 2007, she married former NFL quarterback Jeff Garcia. They have four children (born 2008–2011) and divorced in 2020, though they remain friends and co-parents. The couple founded the Garcia Pass It On Foundation to help others in need. Carmella later worked as a realtor with The Oppenheim Group in California.
