Caetano N'Tchama (1955–2007) was a politician from Guinea-Bissau. He served as Prime Minister from February 19, 2000, to March 19, 2001, and was a member of the Social Renewal Party (PRS).

Earlier, he was Interior Minister in 1999–2000 in the national unity government led by Francisco Fadul and chosen by Ansumane Mané’s military junta. After PRS leader Kumba Ialá became president, N'Tchama—one of the party’s senior leaders and Ialá’s cousin—was named prime minister in January 2000 by a party vote. He traveled for medical treatment in Dakar and Paris in late 2000. Following corruption accusations from Fadul, N'Tchama said in October 2000 that he planned to sue. In March 2001, the PRS discussed replacing him, and Ialá dismissed him on March 19, 2001. He later headed Guinea-Bissau’s Internal Audit Board and was appointed Attorney General on September 6, 2001. He died on December 15, 2007 after a long illness.
