Frank Brenner Morrison Jr. (September 27, 1937 – January 8, 2006) was an American lawyer, politician, and judge. He served on the Montana Supreme Court from 1981 to 1987.

Morrison was born in McCook, Nebraska. His father, Frank B. Morrison, was the Governor of Nebraska from 1961 to 1967. Morrison earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska and a law degree from the University of Denver. He practiced law in Omaha and was active in the Democratic Party.

In 1968, he and his family moved to Whitefish, Montana, where he continued practicing law. He ran for the Democratic nomination for Governor of Montana in 1988 and again in 1992. After leaving the Supreme Court, he returned to private practice and taught at the University of Montana School of Law.

Morrison died in Renton, Washington, from complications after emergency surgery. His son, John Morrison, later served as Montana State Auditor from 2001 to 2009 and ran for the U.S. Senate.
