Charles F. Viebahn (1842 – March 17, 1915) was an American educator and Democratic politician from Wisconsin. Born in 1842 in what is now Germany, he moved with his family to Baraboo, Wisconsin, in 1851. He studied at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and became principal of Watertown High School. He also served as Superintendent of Schools in Watertown and in Manitowoc County and Sauk County.

Viebahn was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly, serving from 1908 to 1910 for Jefferson County’s First District. He married Lona Fischer in 1868; they had one son before Lona’s death in 1893. In 1895, Viebahn married Josephine Hall, who was the mother of two. He died of pneumonia at his home in Watertown on March 17, 1915, at about 73 years old.
