Bundesstraße 199
Bundesstraße 199 (B 199) is the name of two German federal roads. The northern part is in Schleswig-Holstein and the eastern part is in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Schleswig-Holstein (north part)
- Length: about 86 km
- Start (west end): Klixbüll, near Niebüll
- End (east end): Kappeln
- Route: Runs close to the Danish border, passing Leck, Stadum, Schafflund and Handewitt. It crosses the A 7 motorway and reaches Flensburg, where it is bypassed together with the B 200. After Flensburg, the road goes through Langballig, Steinbergkirche and Gelting and ends at an intersection with B 201 and B 203 in western Kappeln.
Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (east part)
- Length: about 23.5 km
- Start (west end): Klempenow
- End (east end): Anklam
- Route: Has a junction with the A 20 motorway shortly after starting, then goes straight to Anklam, where it meets the B 110 near the Anklam bypass.
