Città di Montesilvano is a women's futsal club from Montesilvano, Italy. They play in Serie A Elite. The club, founded in 1984, is led by chairman Antonio Iervolino. They won the Italian championship in the 2015–16 season. In 2017 they competed in the European Women's Futsal Tournament with the champions from Spain, Portugal, Russia, Ukraine and the Netherlands.
