Brad Potts
Bradley Potts (born 3 July 1994) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder and wing-back for Preston North End in the Championship. He was born in Hexham, England, and is 1.88 meters tall. He wears number 44 for Preston.
Potts started in the Newcastle United youth system before moving to Carlisle United. He made his professional debut on 11 August 2012 in a League Cup win over Accrington Stanley and his league debut a week later in a draw with Stevenage. After his Carlisle contract expired, he signed for Blackpool on 12 June 2015. He scored Blackpool’s opening goal in the 2017 League Two play-off final, helping them beat Exeter City to win promotion.
On 3 August 2017, Potts joined Barnsley on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee. He moved to Preston North End on 4 January 2019 for a reported fee above £1.5 million and has since become a regular with the club.
Internationally, Potts was called up to the England Under-19 squad in November 2012 and made his U19 debut in a 1–0 win over Finland.
