Brachiacantha monica
Brachiacantha monica is a tiny ladybug found in Bolivia. Adults are about 2.4 mm long. They have a black body with a yellow head. The pronotum is black, but the apical margin and the anterolateral angles are yellow. The elytra (wing covers) have two reddish-yellow spots.
