Bohumil Slavíček (born December 30, 1991) is a Czech professional ice hockey forward who plays for TEV Miesbach in the Regionalliga. He was born in Ústí nad Labem, Czechoslovakia, is 5 ft 8 in tall (173 cm) and weighs 149 lb (68 kg). He shoots left. Slavíček began his professional career in 2011 and has played 12 Czech Extraliga games: four with HC Slavia Praha and eight with Piráti Chomutov.
