Bob Glasgow (February 28, 1942 – September 22, 2023) was an American lawyer and Democratic politician from Stephenville, Texas. He served in the Texas Senate from the 22nd district from January 13, 1981 to January 12, 1993, following Tom Creighton and before Jane Nelson.

He earned a BA from Tarleton State University and a JD from the University of Texas School of Law. Glasgow is known for sponsoring a 1989 law that made it illegal to buy laboratory glassware without a permit, which earned him the Ig Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1994.

Glasgow served as President Pro Tempore of the Texas Senate and was honored as Governor for a Day in 1991 at the State Capitol. He was a member of several bar associations and was an active Freemason, serving 30 years as parliamentarian for the Grand Lodge of Texas AF & AM.

He died on September 22, 2023, at age 81.
