Physalaemus jordanensis is a frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Brazil. It lives in a variety of habitats, including tropical moist lowland forests, high-altitude shrublands and grasslands, intermittent freshwater marshes, and heavily degraded former forests. The species is listed as Data Deficient by the IUCN and is threatened by habitat loss. Binomial name: Physalaemus jordanensis Bokermann, 1967.
