Billbergia oxysepala is a flowering plant in the bromeliad family. It belongs to the genus Billbergia, subgenus Helicodea, and was named by Mez. A synonym for this species is Billbergia oxypetala Ule. Billbergia oxysepala is native to Ecuador and the Brazilian state of Acre.
