Barney William Irwin, born September 17, 1954, in Pecos, Texas, is a retired American professional wrestler best known as "Wild" Bill Irwin. He also wrestled as The Goon in the WWF (1996–1997) and as The Black Scorpion in WCW, among other gimmicks. He is the brother of the late Scott Irwin.

Irwin began wrestling in the late 1970s, competing in the NWA Central States, Mid-South Wrestling, and World Class Championship Wrestling. He and his brother performed as The Super Destroyers before becoming The Long Riders. He won several titles, including the NWA Texas Heavyweight Championship and the NWA World Tag Team Championship (Texas version) with Bugsy McGraw, plus multiple North American Tag Team titles with various partners.

After Scott’s death in 1987, Irwin continued wrestling in WCCW and WCW, sometimes as The Black Scorpion. He joined the World Wrestling Federation as The Goon in 1996, a hockey-themed gimmick, and stayed until 1997. He later appeared in WWF again in 1998 and 2001 and took part in the 2007 Raw 15th Anniversary Battle Royal. Irwin retired from in-ring competition in 2014.
