Big Brother 3, also known as Big Brother: Anders, was the third season of the Belgian version of Big Brother, shown in the Flemish region on Kanaal 2. It aired from 1 September to 15 December 2002, lasting 106 days. Fourteen housemates competed, and only one person was removed from the house. The winner was Kelly Vandevenne, who won €33,099, with Filip Van Den Eynde as the runner-up. The show was presented by Walter Grootaers and Gerrit De Cock.

This season stood out for its luxurious house, where each housemate had their own budget, and for a wider range of tasks, including outdoor challenges. A mole was added, and halfway through the season the nomination system was changed. Live shows drew fewer viewers than in earlier seasons, though highlights shows still attracted more than 500,000 views, and the final reached about 892,000 viewers. The producers called it their best season yet.

During the final, a fourth season was announced with a completely different format. The Back to Basics concept was abandoned, and the house became more luxurious, redesigned by Erik Vernieuwe. The garden was covered and equipped with a Jacuzzi, tanning bed and fitness gear. The season carried the tagline Forget everything you know (anders, different).
