Bezdrevský potok is a stream in the Czech Republic’s South Bohemian Region. It runs 43.1 kilometers as a left tributary of the Vltava River. The stream starts near Brloh in the Bohemian Forest Foothills at about 681 meters above sea level and flows into the Vltava at Hluboká nad Vltavou at about 371 meters. The drainage basin covers around 279 square kilometers, and the average flow near the mouth is 1.28 cubic meters per second.

The name Bezdrevský potok refers to the Bezdrev fishpond; Bezdrev means “without woods,” describing a treeless plain where the pond was built. The stream passes through Brloh, Ktiš, Lhenice, Netolice, Malovice, Olšovice, Hlavatce, Sedlec, Dívčice, Mydlovary, Zliv and Hluboká nad Vltavou. The basin contains about 456 bodies of water and many ponds, especially in the lower part near the České Budějovice Basin. The Bezdrev pond, the largest in the area at 365 hectares, sits directly on the stream. It was founded before 1490 by Vilém II of Pernštejn and supplies several other ponds.

In Netolice, near the Mnich pond dam, there are two protected stone arched bridges; the older one likely dates to around 1746. The Bezdrev pond dam and a nearby bridge over the Bezdrevský potok are protected as a cultural monument, as is a stone three-arch bridge from 1879.
