Ben Davies (born 21 April 2000) is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays as a centre or stand-off for Oldham RLFC in the Championship. He was born in Widnes, Cheshire, and is 6 ft 0 in tall (1.82 m) and about 98 kg (15 st 6 lb).

Davies came through the junior system with Halton Farnworth Hornets and Widnes Moorfield before joining the Widnes Vikings Academy. He represented Lancashire Academy in 2018 against the Australian Schoolboys and was part of England’s U18s Academy squad. He made his professional debut with Widnes Vikings in 2019.

He later joined St Helens and made his first-team debut as a centre against Salford on 26 October 2020 during a congested COVID-19 period. In 2022, he scored two tries in St Helens’ 60–6 win over Hull F.C. He spent a loan period with Salford Red Devils in 2021. In 2023, he played for Swinton Lions on dual registration, and in early 2025 he had a short loan with Castleford Tigers (one appearance). On 2 May 2025 it was announced that Davies signed for Oldham RLFC.
