Juan Paletta
Juan Paletta is a retired Argentine soccer forward who played in the North American Soccer League (NASL) and the American Soccer League (ASL). He was born in Rosario, Argentina, and stood 5 ft 9 in tall. Paletta shared the ASL scoring title in 1970.
He began his professional career in 1967 with the Ukrainian Nationals (ASL). In 1968 he played for the Washington Whips (NASL), making 15 appearances and scoring 9 goals. He then spent several seasons with the Philadelphia Spartans (ASL) from 1969 to 1973. In 1970 he tied for the league's scoring title with Willie Mfum.
Paletta joined the Philadelphia Atoms of the NASL in 1974. He did not play in 1975, and when he rejoined the Atoms in 1976, he did not appear in any games. Overall, with the Atoms he had 8 appearances and 1 goal.
