Yana Troyanova, born Yana Aleksandrovna Mokritskaya on February 12, 1973, is a Russian theater and film actress and director. She is known for acting in Living, Wolfy, and Kokoko, and for directing the short film Ryadom.

She was born in Lechebnyy, Sverdlovsk Oblast. She studied philosophy at Ural State University before training at the Ekaterinburg Theater Institute in the Anisimov studio. In her second year at the theater institute, she began working at the Small Drama Theater Teatron, and later worked at the Kolyada Theater from 2005 to 2006.

Troyanova has won several awards for acting. In 2009, at Kinotavr, she won Best Actress for Wolfy and was nominated for White Elephant and the Asia Pacific Screen Awards for the same role. In 2012, she won Best Actress at Kinotavr for Kokoko.

She made her directorial debut in 2014 at Kinotavr in the Short Movie category with Ryadom.

Personal life: Troyanova has been married twice. Her first marriage produced a son who died in 2011. From 2003 to 2020 she was married to Vasily Sigarev, a playwright and film director.
