Taro Shigaki (志垣 太郎, Tarô Shigaki; born Minoru Kawamura 河村 稔) was a Japanese actor and voice actor. He was born on September 22, 1951, and died on March 5, 2022.

- Acting roles: Akantare (as Hidetaro); Samurai! (as Lieutenant Commander Sasai); Shin Heike Monogatari (TV, 1972) as Minamoto no Yoshitsune; Kashin (1977) as Kusaka Genzui; Black Pean (2018) as Nobuaki Moriya.
- Voice roles: André Grandier in The Rose of Versailles; Franz and Fritz in Nutcracker Fantasy; Saki Vashtal in Area 88; Soldier Blue in Toward the Terra; Prince in Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid (1975); Siegfried in Swan Lake (1981).

Awards
- Won the Elan d’Or Award for Newcomer of the Year in 1973 (as himself).
