Beleswara Shiva Temple is a 9th-century Hindu shrine to Lord Shiva in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It is one of the oldest temples in the city, which is known as the Temple City. The temple sits on Talabazar Road in Old Town, on the southern bank of Bindusagar Tank, and faces east. The sanctum houses a Shiva lingam placed on a circular yoni base.

Built in the Kalinga Rekha Deul style from grey sandstone, the temple is now dilapidated and partly buried, with cracks, vegetation, and rainwater entering. What remains includes the base (bada) and the upper part (gandi); the surviving bada is about 1.3 meters tall, and the gandi about 2.3 meters high. The plan features a three-sided projection with a small frontal porch. The niches on the walls are empty, and the door jambs are carved with three plain vertical bands. In front of the temple lie a broken amalaka stone and a carved figure of kirtimukha. The temple is cared for by Devaraj Das and is associated with Shivratri and Sankranti festivals.
