Beatrice Elcira Avolio Alecchi (born 1967 in Lima, Peru) is a Peruvian academic and researcher who focuses on financial management, strategic planning, and gender equity in business. She is the general director and main professor at CENTRUM PUCP Business School, the business school of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP).

Education and early career
- She earned a Bachelor in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Universidad del Pacífico.
- She holds two doctorates: a PhD in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management (Netherlands) and a PhD in Strategic Business Administration from PUCP.

She began her career in accounting and administration with firms such as Price Waterhouse, Southern Peru Ltd., and Procter & Gamble (Deter Peru S.A.). In 2001 she joined CENTRUM PUCP, where she has held roles including director of executive education, academic director, and administrative director.

Leadership at CENTRUM PUCP
- Since 2014 she has led the Academic Department of Graduate Business Studies.
- In 2024 she was named general director of CENTRUM PUCP.
- She has served as a visiting professor at EADA in Barcelona and as an honorary professor at Maastricht School of Management.
- She founded the Women’s Research Center at CENTRUM PUCP, which is now the Research Center for Socially Responsible Leadership, Women, and Equity.

Research and advocacy
Her work covers social sciences, economics, and education, with emphasis on business management, gender studies, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and graduate business education management. She has held leadership roles supporting gender equality, including chairing the Pro Women in Science, Technology, and Innovation Committee at CONCYTEC (2021) and serving as Vice President of the Diversity Committee at AMCHAM Peru.

Recognition
Forbes Peru named her one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Peru in 2024.
