Baba Mastnath, born in 1764, was a Hindu saint from Bohar village in Rohtak district, Haryana. His father, Sabla, belonged to the Rebari Hindu community. He is believed to be the reincarnation of Guru Gorakhnath. He moved to Math Asthal Bohar, a math revived by Guru Chauranginath in the 8th century, and helped rejuvenate it. In 2012, his seventh disciple, Mahant Chandnath, established Baba Mastnath University in his name. His lineage traces back to Guru Chauranginath, who meditated in Dhuna (a continuous fire) for twelve years. The Baba Mastnath Mela, held in his memory, takes place annually on Phalguna Sudi 7–9 (late February to March). People worship at his samadhi (shrine) in Bohar and at the Khera Sadh temple in Rohtak district.
