Avi Alfasi (Hebrew: אבי אלפסי), born December 18, 1980, in Netanya, Israel, is a former Israeli footballer. He played professionally from 2000 to 2014, mainly in Israel. He started at Maccabi Netanya, making 51 league appearances and scoring 2 goals, and was loaned to Ironi Ramat HaSharon early in his career. He then played for Hapoel Kfar Saba (3 appearances), Ironi Ramat HaSharon (29 appearances, 1 goal), Hapoel Acre (55 appearances, 1 goal), Maccabi Umm al-Fahm (43 appearances, 2 goals), Maccabi Kfar Yona (23 appearances), and Hapoel Morasha Ramat HaSharon (13 appearances).
