Arthur Legat
Arthur Legat (1 November 1898 – 23 February 1960) was a Belgian racing driver. He took part in two Formula One World Championship races, debuting at the 1952 Belgian Grand Prix and racing again in 1953, all with a privateer Veritas. He scored no championship points. Legat won the Grand Prix des Frontières at Chimay in 1931 and 1932 in a Bugatti. He was born in Haine-Saint-Paul, Wallonia, Belgium, and died in Haine-Saint-Pierre, Wallonia, Belgium.
