Ryan Bee
Ryan Bee (born November 12, 1995) is a former American football defensive end who played in the NFL. He is from Ashland, Ohio, and played high school football at Hillsdale in Jeromesville, where he earned recognition as a senior. Bee played college football at Marshall from 2014 to 2018, redshirting in 2014.
In college, he showed steady improvement: 2015 – 59 tackles, four sacks; 2016 – 54 tackles, 4.5 sacks; 2017 – 51 tackles, 5.5 sacks (leading Marshall in sacks that year); 2018 – 36 tackles, 4.5 sacks. He earned second-team All-Conference USA honors in 2017 and 2018.
Undrafted in 2019, Bee signed with the Washington Redskins. He spent time on the practice squad, was promoted to the active roster in November 2019, and made his NFL debut against the Detroit Lions, recording one assisted tackle. He was waived later that month, then returned to the practice squad and signed a futures contract at the end of 2019. In 2020, he spent the season with Washington on injured reserve before being waived in September. He later signed with the Arizona Cardinals in April 2021 but was waived in July 2021. Bee finished his NFL career with 1 tackle.
