Arandon
Arandon is a former commune in southeastern France, in the Isère department of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. On January 1, 2017, it merged with Passins to form the new commune of Arandon-Passins. The merged area covers about 112 square kilometers and had about 687 residents in 2022. It is part of the La Tour-du-Pin arrondissement and the Morestel canton. During World War II, Arandon hosted a French internment camp for Jews and other internees.
