Apollo Imperial Hospitals is a private hospital in Chittagong, Bangladesh, located on Zakir Hossain Road, Pahartali. It opened in April 2019 with an inauguration by Indian heart surgeon Devi Shetty. The project cost about 800 crore taka (roughly US$66 million), funded by the Chattogram Eye Hospital and Training Board Trust and 200 crore taka (US$16 million) from the World Bank. Construction was contracted in 2015 to Austria’s Vamed Engineering, with design by Kaplan McLaughlin Diaz. The complex sits on about 7.5 acres and covers 660,000 square feet (61,000 square meters) across five buildings (four interconnected). In 2022, a partnership with Apollo Hospitals of Chennai led to its renaming as Apollo Imperial Hospitals and an agreement that Apollo will operate and manage the facility. The hospital has 375 beds, including 88 single cabins and 76 double cabins, 14 modular operating theatres, 16 nurses stations, 62 outpatient consulting rooms, 64 critical care beds, a 44-bed neonatal unit, a 44-bed NICU, and an eight-bed pediatric ICU.
