Aparajitha Balamurukan (born 17 March 1994) is an Indian professional squash player and MBA holder who has regularly represented India in international competitions. Born in Erode and raised in Chennai, she started playing squash at age eight. Her father, Balamurukan, is a businessman. She turned pro in 2009 at 15, was coached by Cyrus Poncha, and uses a Head racquet. Her best PSA ranking was World No. 77 in August 2010.

As a regular member of India’s squash team, Aparajitha played at the 2012 Women's World Team Championships, where India was defeated by Egypt in the quarterfinals (0–3). She won a silver medal with the Indian team at the 2014 Asian Games (the team lost 0–2 to Malaysia in the final). She also competed in the 2014 World University Squash Championship. After 2014, her rankings slipped below the top 100, and by October 2019 her ranking was around 150. In 2019, she reached the third round of the Women's Asian Individual Championships, losing to Liu Tsz Ling of Hong Kong.

She has balanced her sports career with academics, completing an MBA while continuing to compete.
