1957 Hardin–Simmons Cowboys football team
The 1957 Hardin–Simmons Cowboys football team represented Hardin–Simmons University in the Border Conference during the 1957 college football season. In Sammy Baugh's third year as head coach, the Cowboys finished 5–5, with a 3–2 record in conference play, tying for third in the Border Conference. They were outscored 240 to 211 overall. Home games were played at Parramore Stadium (Parramore Field) in Abilene, Texas. Three players earned All-Border Conference honors: guard Joe Biggs, tackle Ted Edmonston, and quarterback Ken Ford.
