Aonghus Clarke (born 1993) is an Irish hurler who plays centre back for Castletown Geoghegan and for the Westmeath senior hurling team. Born in Castletown Geoghegan, County Westmeath, he began hurling seriously at Coláiste Mhuire in Mullingar and helped the school win the Leinster Colleges SBHC title in 2011.

At club level, Clarke progressed through Castletown Geoghegan’s juvenile and underage ranks, winning Westmeath MAHC and U21AHC titles before stepping up to the senior grade. He has won four Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship medals between 2013 and 2024.

With Westmeath, Clarke first played at minor level for two years, later moving to the under-21 side, before joining the senior team just after his minor years. His inter-county honours include three National Hurling League Division 2A medals, including two as captain, and a Joe McDonagh Cup medal in 2021. His brother Joe Clarke has also played for Westmeath.
