Ann Weatherall

Ann Weatherall (born 1964) is a New Zealand psychologist and academic. She studies how language and gender influence social disadvantage, using discursive psychology and conversation analysis. In 2014 she received a Marsden grant to study rape culture. She edited the Women's Studies Journal until 2012. From 2022 to 2025 she led the psychology department at the University of Bedfordshire.
