Piney Creek is a small stream in southern Carroll County, Arkansas. It flows northwest and is a tributary of the Kings River. The headwaters start on the southwest side of Usery Mountain, just north of Arkansas Highway 68 about half a mile northeast of Gobbler, at about 1,660 feet elevation. The creek runs parallel to Highway 103, passes Rudd and Metalton, and crosses under Highway 21 at Metalton. It continues northwest to join the Kings River on the Carroll–Madison county line at about 1,132 feet elevation. Piney Creek was named for the pine trees along its course.
